WWL Houses has built more than 700 houses in Scandinavia since 2005 and FORUMS DEVELOPMENT has been in the real estate development market since 1997.
In our 25 years of experience in the construction of residential houses in many countries, we have developed, in our opinion, the 5 types of house projects most suitable for Latvia, in which we have invested all our accumulated knowledge, so that our house owners feel good in them and that staying in these houses brings true joy to you every day.
We manufacture houses in Latvia, in Kalnciems, in a factory with a tradition of manufacturing construction materials since 1890, the WWL factory is one of the largest in Latvia with 14,000 sq.m. for production facilities located on an area of 10ha. Our houses have been appreciated all over Scandinavia, England, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Switzerland, and Korea.
You will recognize the Lido restaurant in Purvciems from our projects built in Latvia. In 2013, the building we built won the annual award as the most energy-efficient building in Latvia.
We at WWL have devoted special attention to building energy efficiency research and innovative technical solutions for the last 5 years.
Quality control in the factory is certified by ISSO, SP, TUV, and other production quality certificates.
